We strive to do our best to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and stand behind the high quality of our products. We are happy to exchange or refund NON-personalized purchases that are returned within 15 days of purchase; the product must be in original condition and packaging. Note that a 25% restocking fee of the invoiced amount will apply. Shipping cost will not be credited upon a returned order; the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly suggest that you double-check all the spelling and spaces for any personalized products, and ensure that all the Text Inscription entries are correct. We cannot provide any exchange, credit, or refunds if the mistake is caused by the customer for any of the personalized items. Please be advised that we cannot provide any credit, exchange, or refunds either once the personalization processing of the products has been started or finished.

We deliver our products all across Canada. The shipping fee varies based on weight of the order and the shipping location. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
